Administrator of Finance and HR Department: Administration Position Type: Full Time, (+/- $70,000 based on education & experience) Reports To: Lead Pastor Summary Cumming First UMC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrator of Finance. This role goes beyond standard financial oversight to also encompass responsibilities in Human Resources (contracts, payroll, and benefits administration). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technologically adept, and familiar with nonprofit accounting standards and IRS regulations. This position requires oversight of both church and preschool finances and an acute awareness of checks and balances.
