Oak Grove United Methodist Church is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Church Business Manager to oversee and coordinate the church’s financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a team player with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.   Responsibilities include finance and budgeting, financial forecasting, stewardship, payroll administration, insurance and risk management.  A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred. 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or comparable field
• Excellent understanding and experience in Microsoft Office and accounting software systems.

• Familiar and comfortable with Wesleyan Theology.
• Successfully pass background check.
