The Director of Finance and Administration will manage the business affairs of thechurch in the areas of finance and budgeting, benefits, and insurance.Oversee the maintenance and security of all church buildings, grounds, and equipment.  Responsibilities Prepare analyses of church finances, future needs, incomeprojection, and patterns of donor giving. Direct and oversee the preparation of the annual budget. Organize and supervise finance staff and cross-training on allaccounting functions.
