Job Summary: The Adult Discipleship Pastor will oversee spiritual formation endeavors through our current small group model and other ministry activities. This includes direct oversight of the small group ministry (Connect Groups) and serving alongside other ministers in the discipleship department.   Supervisory Responsibilities: Has the primary assignment of leading and developing the Adult Ministries and Small Groups Teaching Ministry for GABC. Oversee budget, personnel, and ministry leaders directly involving Adult Ministry and Small Groups in concert with the Executive Pastor of Ministries. Perform pastoral duties as requested, including hospital visitation, weddings, funerals, and pastoral counse
