The Administrative Assistant reports to the Church Administrator.  Must be a person of genuine Christian character who presents a positive attitude consistent with the love of Christ, and demonstrates a real love and concern for people. Must understand the administrative assistant role, and be willing to comply with the policies and procedures as a staff member at St. Paul Baptist Church. Office Duties Answers and manages incoming phone calls. Assists the Church Administrator as instructed. Greets disciples, visitors, and vendors and directs them appropriately. Creates reports and other information for senior pastor
