Reports to: Senior Pastor/Head of Staff Job Purpose: To serve and support First Church by providing continued implementation of the vision of First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs: “to be a healthy, intergenerational Flagship (Excellence, Innovation, and Influence) church.” The Church Administrator’s key role, working closely with the Senior Pastor, provides human resources support to staff, provides overall direction of the financial and business affairs of the church, and, in collaboration with the Director of Operations, ensures First Church operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:General Administration -
