General Description of Job The Church Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the church as well as the coordination and management of all business-related aspects of the organization. The Administrator is responsible for the recommendation and implementation of administrative policies and programs. The Administrator is also responsible for management of church finances, human resources, business operations, communications, technology, facility and administrative staff management.
