General Overview of Position:  The Executive Pastor is to lead in administrative responsibilities as well as share in the preaching ministry and strategic development of Lake Church. He is responsible for assisting the systems, processes, administration and providing leadership at certain levels within staff.  Direct oversight will comprise of financial, personnel, facilities, and grounds.
