We are anticipating significant building-related projects (remodel and replacement) and ministry growth in the near future, so we are strongly considering shifting this position from a pastoral role (current person is a CPA and retiring after 35 years with the church), to a Director of Operations or Chief Operations Officer (COO), depending on education and experience.
