Large Baptist mega church in Houston metro area looking for an experienced Finance Director. Skills and experience must include:

B.S. degree in Business/accounting
Actively licensed CPA with 7+ years working with 501c3 non-profits
Previous finance work with a mega church (non-profit) a plus
Strong leadership skills and experience: can communicate with, lead, delegate and manage support staffs well
Strong understanding/experience with GAAP, annual operating budgets, taxes, audits, employment law, payroll, insurance, and internal controls.
Experience with Microsoft office product software (high level of knowledge with Excel spreadsheets)
