About Christian Life Center - Dayton, Ohio
We are a multi-generational and multi-cultural church that believes that truth matters and that, through God, we can make a difference in our communities and the world around us. Young, old, single, families, long-time believers, new to the faith, or just exploring . . . There is a place for you at Christian Life Center.
Since our beginning in 1968, Christian Life Center (formerly called Northwest Assembly) has been a place that has taken bold steps to reach our community. Our campus sits on Little York Road, located on the north side of Dayton, Ohio. Lead Pastor, Stan Tharp, has been at CLC since 1983 and serving in this role since 1990. God-Sized Vision fuels our church. This Vision has led us to relocate, build/expand facilities, go multi-site, and plant churches in places across the globe. Locally, we impact our communities by empowering congregants to reach out to others in their community, and we take part in transforming the urban Dayton area by partnering with inner-city churches and ministries.
We are a church of approximately 4,000 and are affiliated with the General Council of the Assemblies of God; however, believers from many denominations call CLC home. CLC is ...about sharing God’s love, God’s word, and God’s resources in practical and tangible ways. The leadership is leaned into engaging millennials and know that our future depends on engaging the current and next generation.
Our mission is to know God, be His people, value others, and change our world. CLC is a unified and relevant church, and we are looking for staff who are dedicated to the God-Sized Vision and who desire to be a part of an excellent, authentic team.
