First Baptist Church College Station is searching for a full-time Business Administrator. The person in this non-ministerial position is responsible for providing leadership in administration of the daily operations of the church and fiscal management.
FBC College Station regularly has 400 people in attendance in two Sunday services. The Business Administrator is tasked with supporting all ministry endeavors of the church while ensuring compliance with church policies and all local, state and federal laws.

Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting preferred)
Proficiency in basic accounting procedures and office and personnel management
High Confidentiality and high attention to detail
Strong organizational skills including the ability to comprehend the total operating picture of the church and to set priorities accordingly
Interpersonal skills which will enable him/her to act as a sounding board, conflict manager, and liaison between the staff and others in the church office and a multi-generational congregation
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Team-builder with the ability to blend the business management of the church with the programs and ministries of the church.
At least 5 years experience in business office/managerial role
Independent worker who is proactive in areas needing improvement
