The Business Administrator oversees and manages the business and administrative activities of Broadway Baptist Church in a manner that supports the congregation's mission, values, and goals. Areas of responsibility include office and facility management, finance, human resources, risk management, food service, equipment and information technology. The Business Administrator partners closely with the Senior Pastor and other pastors and ministers to advance the ministry of the congregation. Bachelor's degree required with significant management and accounting experience. Church administration experience preferred. Word and Excel experience required. Shelby or other church related software experience preferred.
