The Growth Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are managing Growth Track, Social Media and Visitor Follow Up.
The Growth Coordinator will recruit, develop, and oversee the volunteers at the visitor information desk and the visitor center by:
1) Ensuring the information desk is properly staffed with trained and knowledgeable volunteers for all Celebration Sunday Services. 2) Ensuring the visitor center is set up and properly staffed with trained and knowledgeable volunteers for all Celebration Sunday Services.
The Growth Coordinator will work to ensure the Growth Track Participants book is current and all steps of the process are in line with the vision of the church, Know GOD, Find Freedom, Discover Your Purpose, and Make a Difference.
The Growth Coordinator is responsible for all elements of communication which begin with Guest Visitor Cards, Connections Cards, and Revolution Group Cards. The Growth Coordinator will ensure each completed card is responded to in the appropriate manner by:
1) Responding to all Guest Cards by the preferred method of contact selected by the visitor, text, email, or phone call, in a timely manner. 2) Responding to all Connection Cards by the preferred method of contact selected. 3) Forward all Revolution Group Cards to the Revolution Groups Pastor for timely follow up.
It is an essential part of the Growth Coordinator to ensure that ALL completed cards get timely attention by an appropriate response.
The Growth Coordinator will constantly recruit, train and lead a solid core of volunteers to help with the Growth Track and Connections journey.
The Growth Coordinator will coordinate all phases of Growth Track from Step 1 through Step 4 and the connections process by:
1) Contacting and promoting Growth Track from all completed Guest Cards and Connections Cards. 2) Coordinate preparation for all steps of Growth Track to include room set up, meal preparation and service, introduction of materials, and speaker introductions. 3) Communicate and promote continuation of all phases of Growth Track steps to be completed.
It is essential part of the Growth Coordinator to ensure ALL Growth Track participants get connected to a ministry leader. The Growth Coordinator will follow up 2 weeks after the completion of Growth Tack Step 4 to ensure the placement of ALL participants was complete. If the process was not completed, the Growth Coordinator will assist in ensuring that this process happens through direct contact with the ministry leader(s).
The Growth Coordinator will work with the Volunteer Coordinator in the planning and placement of volunteers in Epic events such as Helping Hands, Lite the Night, and Quack Pack Fall Festival.
The Growth Coordinator will work with all ministry leaders helping fill ministry needs as they become available.
The Growth Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Instagram, and Vimeo. The Growth Coordinator will oversee all marketing of the Church and Church Events using social media and other forms of effective advertising.
The Growth Coordinator will be responsible for measuring and tracking trends under their area of management.
