The Executive Director of Operations/Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the operations of the church. This includes providing leadership and oversight for the financial, facility, human resource, communications and technology services for the church. Assist in the development of policies and procedures so that the mission of Reach, Teach, Praise and Serve may be fulfilled.

EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting (United Methodist experience preferred) EXPERIENCE: Executive experience, preferably in senior management of a local church. SKILLS: Strong written and oral communication abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment with all staff and key leaders within the organization to achieve the goals, principles and mission of the church. Excellent organizational, time management and strategic planning skills. KNOWLEDGE: Generally accepted accounting and business practices, especially fund accounting; knowledge of the United Methodist Church and The Book of Discipline. An understanding and appreciation of the role and purpose of the local church in Christian ministry.
Additional Salary Information: Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
